Well, I can't say I definitely won't be around but likely I will be slower at least this coming weekend when I plan to head to boyfriend's so we can have turns playing through Mass Effect 3 given it will arrive in the mail on Friday here in New Zealand. I'll probably play through it a fair bit while he is at work and such the next however long it takes me to finish but just letting people know I will probably be a bit slower for a while whenever I am at his place as of the weekend. I won't pull a full hiatus but figured I should put something up to let everyone know this is what I will be doing if I am not online as much (sans relieving job calls in the morning at short notice).

4TH WALL EVENT

Hello, Witches Reign! For the month of March, we'll be hosting a fourth-wall event starting from March 10^th (Or March 11^th if you live in the future) and ending on April 1^st. During the rest of the month, off-worlders (and natives) will notice a sudden spike in off-worlders coming and going in Garden...

How this will affect you and your characters

Characters from other worlds, times, and places will be able to visit Garden! These characters may be your alternate selves from other universes, your parents, your friends, your other relatives, or even someone you talked to once back home. Regardless of who that person is, they've been pulled into this world temporarily.

Hopefully, they'll treat Garden much better than those villains did... and guess what, Garden? The rest of the world DOES remember what happened last time, so they might be looked on with more prejudice than before.

How exactly this will work:

We'll have a post in witchesreign that'll be open for various characters to mix-and-mingle; additionally, 4th-wall characters will be able to reply to other open posts and logs for the rest of the month. Think of it as like our villains event... but with friendlier people and hopefully not as dangerous. :)

There ARE a few restrictions, however:

• 4th-wall characters can only be seen at certain hours of the day. They may appear for two hours a day, or four... or seen only in the early morning... the time doesn't matter to us, but they're not permanently there. They may return to Garden for the rest of the month, but they're not around 24/7.
  
• Like apped characters, 4th wall characters can't be ridiculously-sized. Transformers, Gundams, and similar concepts/characters will become human-sized (and in the case of mechas, not allowed altogether.)
  
• Players (like you and me) are not allowed to visit Garden. We're breaking the 4th wall, not destroying it altogether!
  
• BBS posts are locked to in-game characters only. 4th wall characters will not have access to any sort of logged in posts unless they hijack someone else's log-in---and in those cases, we need to know this beforehand.

That's about it for now! 4th-wall characters will officially be allowed to come in on March 10th, but feel free to use this post for plotting/questions/etc. As always, if you have concerns, please reply to this post or use the other mod channels!

Hey there! I just introduced myself a few posts back, y'all needed a Gothel, so... ^_^"

But yes! It is I, Mordrid, and I bring everyone's least favorite mother! 8D

Gothel will be "returning" to the Garden after several months' absence, and has no idea that Rapunzel arrived in the meantime. She's an instructor (joyous news to all cadets!) who teaches COD 101 T/Th, and CBT 101 M/W/F. And no, she didn't talk her way into skipping cadetship. Yes, she actually went through SeeD training.

She'll look several years older to anyone who knew her previously, despite only having been away from Rapunzel's hair for one year. She ages faster than normal, cause... that's what she appears to do in the movie anyway.

I took her from right after Rapunzel remembered who she was, and refused to let Gothel use her any more.

Aaaaand I'm sure there's a lot of stuff I should explain, but just like with Jack, I can't think of anything. /Gets all balled up in intros.

She's a brand new muse and frankly she scared me when I first watched the film, but she's gotten kinda fun to play. ^_^
